Photo, WW2 Aviators Receiving Letters from Home, circa mid-1940s.
Measures 7 ¾" x 4 ¾", printed on semi-gloss photo paper. The photo captured a happy moment when the mailman was handing out letters from home to a group of aviators.
In very good condition. The paper is slightly age-toned on both sides. The obverse has an area near the top right-hand corner where the emulsion is slightly scuffed but the scuffs are "in the air" above the people's heads, and are not very intrusive to the eye. Tilting the photo to reflect a bright light reveals a few tiny scratches, a water stain, and a couple of creases, however they remain practically invisible whe

The verso has a couple of water stains, irrelevant on that side.
