Poland, Higher Automobile Troops Officer School graduate badge, 1970s-80s.
Nickel-plated brass, enamels; 47.4 x 27.4 mm. Very well made, Two-piece construction; the Polish Eagle is a separate superimposed part. The abbreviation "WOSS" stands for Higher School for Automotive Troops. The badge is of the type established in 1972 and issued until the end of the communist regime.
Excellent condition. The screw post is full length and includes the original screw plate maker-marked "Mennica Panstwowa" ("National Mint").
