Photo of a WW2 Pilot Climbing into the Cockpit of his Airplane, circa late 1930s - early 1940s.
Measures approx. 3 ¾" x 6", printed on thin glossy photo paper and mounted on a cardboard backing. The image is a little overexposed but in sharp focus, making details of the pilot's parachute harness, helmet and goggles sharply defined.
In very good condition. The bottom left-hand corner of the photo is missing, not obscuring the pilot or any other interesting details.
Please note that the penny in our photo is for size reference.
