Very fine to excellent condition. The enamel is perfect and shows an attractive luster. There are a few tiny dings on either side of the medallion, none of them very noticeable or detractive, no other noticeable wear. The raised lettering is pristine and crisp. Comes on an original suspension, an early single-layer model in brass. The old, probably original ribbon is nicely persevered and attractive. The silver connecting link appears to
