Soviet Army / Air Force Belt for Enlisted Man or NCO service uniform, dated 1970.

In artificial leather, with solid brass buckle showing the star with hammer and sickle emblem. The buckle of this type was introduced for military schools early during the war, and later adopted for use by regular army units.

Fully extended, about 42.5" from end to end, including the buckle. It will fit up to 41" waist and can be easily adjusted to fit smaller sizes. On the inside, there is a clearly legible stamp of the Karl Marx Factory in the town of Bogorodsk (Gorky Region) showing a 1970 date of manufacture.
