Salt & pepper shaker set Monkey, circa 1970s-80s.
The monkey is approx. 3 ½" tall, in brass with dark-brown lacquer finish. The salt and paper shakers are identical, in clear glass with metal lids, approx. 2" high x 1" wide.
In very good to excellent condition. The polished brass areas show a little wear but still retain most of their gold luster. The metal lids are in good working condition, screwing on the thread of the necks of the shakers easily and holding tightly.
Overall, a cute and funny memento of the low-tech era long gone. It will adorn any collection of Soviet lifestyle household items.
