In very good condition. The cover is mostly clean, showing minimal discoloration along the spine due to light exposure. The spine has small separations at the head and foot, and minor tears at the binding staple. The staple is tight and free of rust. There are no missing pages, the internal pages are clean and evenly age-toned; the paper feels a little dry but not brittle, the fraying at the edges and corners is minimal. All the text and the graphics on the cover are crisp and clear. There are a couple of handwritten notations, away from the printed material, small and not detractive.
