Stands approx. 8" tall to the tip of the lid, about 6" wide at the waist, and 3" wide at the lip and foot. This version of the mark of the Polonnoe Porcelain Factory was in use from 1987 through the 1990s (fig. # 577 in Volume One of Marks on Soviet Porcelain, Faience, and Majolica, 1917-1991 by Nasonova et al).

In excellent condition. Two or three tiny chips to the glaze are hard to find and are practically invisible on the large

In excellent condition. Two or three tiny chips to the glaze are hard to find and are practically invisible on the large belly of the pot. The colors are vibrant, and the gilt retains its original luster. This pot can be a steeping pot for a large tea party, or a serving pot for hot water for a smaller company of tea lovers.

Please note that the teaspoon in our photo is for size reference.
