This diploma was issued to Comrade Zaitsev for coming first in the 50-meter swim among the cadets of School # 4 for Border Guards and OGPU in the city of Saratov. His result was 32 seconds.

In very good condition. The margins show mild to moderate discoloration due to light exposure. The paper is slightly wrinkled, and shows small corner bumps. Two short rips at the top edge and one longer one at the right edge do not reach the printed material and can be easily repaired with tape on the verso, if desired. All the printed and typed text and graphics are in excellent condition. The hand signatures and the school seal are clear and legible.

The Dinamo Sports Society was created in 1932 on Felix Dzerzhinsky's initiative and under his honorary chairmanship during the first years of its existence.

Clones of the Dinamo Club were created in some of the Eastern European socialist countries, e.g., DDR, also under the guidance of, and for members of, their respective law enforcement and state security organizations.
