None of the wear is very detractive or even noticeable. The colors of the decorative elements and the text, as well as the signatures, are vibrant and crisp.

Amateur performing arts among employees of different organizations was a strongly encouraged side of the work life of a Soviet collective. Funds were allocated, organizers were selected from the local talent or hired from the outside, people spent countless hours rehearsing to be able to perform for their colleagues when celebrating one of the Soviet political holidays. Often, a jury was appointed who graded the performers and announced the winner. This form was called an amateur performing arts competition.
