The certificate honors Kseniya Malkova (Ксения Аркадьевна Малькова) for high results in her professional work and public activities.

The certificate is hand-signed by the usual "triumvirate" - Director, Head of the Party organization, and Chairman of the trade union organization.

In very good condition, showing just an old fold line in the lower section, long since flattened out, and a bit of wear to the top right-hand corner in the form of a small rip and fraying to the edge. None of the wear reaches the document. All the elements of the certificate, including the handwritten entries, are perfectly clear and legible.

The theater bears the name of Konstantin Stanislavski (Константин Сергеевич Станиславский, 1863 - 1938), who was, and remains, a giant figure in the world of theater and cinema world-wide. An outstanding character actor and one of the leading theater directors of his time, he is known and revered the world over for formulating and teaching a method of acting rooted in realism, deservedly called "Stanislavski's Method" or, simply, "the Method". It is what makes the spectator empathize with what is happening on the stage or screen. In short, it is the driving force of the entire genre of acting, be it live or animated.

The theater where Stanislavski acted, directed and educated, continues to be one of the most highly esteemed musical theaters in Moscow under its current full name The Stanislavski and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Musical Theater.
