2. Greetings letter on occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Victory.

In folder format, with the cover featuring the image of the monument to the Soviet warrior-liberator in Treptow Park, Berlin. The letter acknowledges the heroism of the Soviet soldiers during the war, and commends Comrade Aleksanov for being able to switch to peaceful productive work after his return from the front.

In good to very good condition. The paper is evenly age-toned, showing minimal soiling, as well as old creases to the corners and an old fold line all of which have long-since flattened out and are not too obvious.
