The badge is in excellent condition. The enamel is very nicely preserved and shows attractive luster; there are just a few minuscule contact marks and flakes that are practically unnoticeable to the naked eye, but the enamel is free of chips, noticeable scratches or other significant wear. The gilt finish is extremely bright, practically pristine; the silver finish is perfect on both sides of the badge. The screw posts are of full length and include original screw plates maker-marked in Latin "Aurea Celje" (a badge manufacturer in Celje, Slovenia).
