Petite Hand-Painted Porcelain Flower Vase by Dulevo Factory, maker marked, dated 1956.
Stands 5 ¼" tall, 4" wide at the lip, 2 ¾" across at the foot. Two different ensembles of wild flowers in soft pastel colors with golden accents add a lot of charm to the simple elegant shape of the vase. Maker marked and dated on the bottom.
In excellent condition. Wear to the golden bands running around the lip and foot is minor and not intrusive to the eye. The artwork is pristine. There are no significant chips or scratches to the body. The chip on the bottom appears to be under the glaze.
Overall, a charming understated piece with an aura of contemplation and quietude.
