Military Officer Rain Cape with Hood, dated 1986.

Designed to be used by an officer while inspecting sentry posts in inclement weather, this raincape is worn over regular service uniform and will fit almost any size.
In very good condition, showing no tears, snags or other noticeable wear. The exterior is perfectly clean. The rubberized fabric on interior shows what may appear to be stains, but these are in fact a result of manufacturing process (the Soviets apparently didn't care how it looks on the inside as long as the outside looked presentable.)
