In excellent condition. The medallion is practically free of wear visible to the unaided eye and has only a few minuscule contact marks. The raised details are perfect and exceptionally crisp on both sides. The "gilt" mint luster is very bright throughout, having only mild tarnish that adds character, no significant blemishes or oxidation spots. Comes on a Soviet-era aluminum suspension with perfectly preserved clean old ribbon. The connecting link appears to be original, of the period.
