In synthetic silk, the kind used for naval reviews and other ceremonial occasions. Medium size, measures approx. 3 ¼' x 2'. The flag is the same as regular naval ensign but with a large gold wreath around the star and with red anchor behind it. The canvas hoist sleeve shows a 1989 date of manufacture and the GOST manufacturing standard code adopted in 1981.
The flag is in outstanding excellent condition, showing only storage age. There are no tears, holes, snags, or stains of any kind. The colors are strong.
