In outstanding, excellent condition. The enamel shows beautiful luster and is literally perfect: not only it is free of any wear visible to the naked eye, but also shows none of the usual microscopic contact marks that could be found under a 10x magnification. The raised details are pristine and extremely crisp; the gilt finish is exceptionally bright and shows no traces of wear or tarnish. The "satin" nickel finish on the starburst is bright although it shows a minimal amount of tarnish which adds character.
