It had a circulation of 7,077, not a particularly large number by Soviet standards. In all likelihood, it was intended for high-ranking Soviet officials and Komsomol apparatchiks who took part in the anniversary celebrations.
Excellent condition. The raised details are extremely crisp and essentially pristine, free of visible wear. Shows very attractive toning to the brass with just a couple of small blemishes at the edge on the reverse.
