Winter Greatcoat of an Artillery Lieutenant Colonel, circa late 1960s - early 1970s.

In fine quality steel gray wool with black collar tabs. The shoulder boards are service style, in grey tress with red stripes. The buttons are dated 1967 on the back indicating the likely 1960s or early 70s manufacture for the greatcoat. No maker tags other than a small silk label under the inside pocket closure button (unfortunately, the writing on it which is stamped in ink is now illegible) . The quality is excellent throughout indicating that this coat may have been individually tailored rather than mass-produced.

Outstanding, near mint condition. The greatcoat is completely free of soiling or the usual moth damage. Both the exterior and liner are immaculately clean and fresh.
