Brass, enamels; the pendant measures 38.1 mm in height (incl. eyelet), 36.3 mm in width; overall height with suspension is approx. 55 mm. The reverse of the pendant shows a raised logo of the Pobeda Factory, Moscow. A very high quality, heavy early version of the badge.

Excellent condition. There is a tiny amount of rubbing to the white plaque with inscription, no other wear. The enamel elsewhere shows very attractive luster. Much of the original gilt finish is intact on both sides. The pin attachment is fully functional.
