In outstanding, excellent condition. The enamel is perfect, free of any wear or contact marks visible even under a 10x magnification. The raised details of the male and female workers on the obverse and stippling on the reverse are essentially pristine with the exception of a few microscopic contact marks that are completely unnoticeable to the naked eye. Comes on original two-layer suspension in steel with nicely preserved, clean old ribbon. The connecting link appears to be original; its ends are still joined with solder. Overall, a superb example that is literally impossible to upgrade condition-wise!
