In outstanding, excellent condition. The enamel shows beautiful luster and is free of any wear noticeable to the naked eye; there are only a few microscopic contact marks that can be found with a 10x loupe. Details of the artwork are perfect and exceptionally crisp; most of the original gilt finish on the wreath and tractor is intact. The grey finish along the edge of the shield is also nicely preserved. Light verdigris to the reverse and the screw plate only adds character, not detracting. The screw post is full length, approx. 11.5 mm, and comes with original screw plate maker marked "Pobeda Factory, Moscow". A beautiful example through and through, this piece is practically impossible to upgrade.
