Bulgaria, Medal in Commemoration of the 30th Anniversary of the Ministry of the Interior (MVR), with Label Badge and original Case of Issue, 1974.

The medal is in brass and "cold" enamels, 34.1 mm wide. Shows the shield and sword emblem of Bulgarian law enforcement (which combined state security, internal army and police), nearly identical to the Soviet KGB insignia.

The badge is in brass and cold enamels, 21.2 mm wide.

The case of issue has the impressed gold inscription "Jubilee Medal of 30th Anniversary of MVR". The badge is attached to the silk lining of the box, exactly as when the set was issued to its original recipient. The entire set is in excellent condition.
