In brass, 32.0 mm wide. On the reverse near the bottom is raised mint mark of the Moscow Mint, the kind used only during the 90s - not in the following years.

In very fine condition. The details are pristine, free of noticeable wear. The obverse shows only mild tarnish and a few tiny oxidation spots. There is more tarnish on the reverse, but most of the bright mint luster is still intact.
