The reverse has a few tiny dings to the edge but the medal is free of significant edge knocks or bumps. The patina to silver is overall uniform with a few very small darker spots that do not detract.

Comes on original WW2 period suspension device, a two-layer model in steel with self-locking pin. The ribbon is old possibly original to the medal; it shows minor amount of soiling at the top but is otherwise well-preserved and attractive. The silver connecting link has been cut but appears to be of the period.
