Very fine condition. The enamel is free of the usual penetrating chips or repairs; there is only a single hairline on the banner as well as minor flakes and contact marks. The green enamel on the leaves near the bottom of the badge is completely intact, and so are the azure enamel in the center and the white enamel on the numeral plaque. gilt finish on the wreath is still clearly visible in recessed
