In synthetic silk, with ornamental gold rope along the border. Measures 8" wide x 12 ½ " tall. Shows printed membership badge of the organization with rubberized center and image of Lenin as a little boy (based on his childhood photo).

In excellent condition, shows only minimal wear to the portrait. A small part of the sewn-in paper tag still remains showing that the pennant was made in RSFSR (Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.) A very uncommon Communist Youth item!
