Silver-plated heavy metal and enamel; 16.4 mm tall x 15.4 mm wide. Reverse shows stamped maker mark "ЛЮМ" of the Leningrad Jewelry Workshop. Much nicer quality than the usual commemorative pins sold in Soyuzpechat kiosks. In excellent condition.
