In nice silk moiré fabric with gold tassels. The gold tassels are of fine quality. Excellent condition, but showing evidence of actual use.

There is a good reason to believe that unlike unissued examples, these streamers were indeed issued to a military unit and once worn on its banner.

The streamers for Order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky 1st cl. are particularly rare. Out of 323 of the first class of this decoration ever awarded, just 10 were issued to military units.
