The document rubberized hard cover and shows a color image of the medal on the inside. Judging by his name, the recipient was definitely ethnic Russian and clearly a Soviet citizen. It is interesting to see that the document was also filled-out in Russian, even though it has a Mongolian stamp and printed text.

In excellent, near mint condition; shows only storage age, practically no wear.
