Sukhorukov. In very good to excellent condition. There is a stain at the spine near the bottom, not too detracting. The document is very clean otherwise, sound and crisp, and the text is fully legible.

Award certificate for Victory over Germany Medal, issued on 6 July 1946. Shows stamp of the 140th Guards Rifle Regiment and hand-signed by its commander Guards Col. Sukhorukov (interestingly, the same officer a month and a half later signed Vasiliev's document for the Warsaw Medal - see above). In excellent condition, shows only very light wear.
