In aluminum, cold enamel and paint; 30 mm diameter; Raised maker mark of Experimental and Souvenir Production factory in Mitishi, Moscow region.
Excellent condition.
The badge portrays a flame that forms a silhouette of the rooster. The interesting detail is that the phrase to let a red rooster in Russian folklore means a set of the deliberate fire. See "History of Awards and Insignia of Russian MVD, 1802 - 2002", p. 427, fig. 5.67/.
