Aluminum, paint; 40 x 35mm. Two piece construction. Raised maker mark of "Russian Souvenir" factory, Moscow on the reverse.

Very attractive badge awarded in celebration of 50th anniversary of All-Russia Volunteer Fire Department, one of the official award badges, as opposed to numerous souvenir pins.
