In nickel-plated steel and enamel, 2-piece construction. 24.9 mm tall. Pennant-shaped badge with fringe at the bottom and superimposed Lenin's bust in the center. Excellent condition.

This badge was distributed by local Komosmol committees as a commemorative award to active members (unlike souvenir pins which could be purchased in Soyuzpechat kiosks and had price stamped on the back).
