Lenin portrait porcelain plate, Korosten Porcelain Factory, 1962-1990, undated but possibly a 1970 Lenin Birth Centennial commemorative.

7" (17.5cm), obverse reproduces image of Lenin first popular in the late 1960s and that appeared on many 1970 Lenin's Birth Centennial commemoratives. Excellent condition.

Unlike other portraits, this image has had a very long shelf life and can still be seen being carried by protesters in Russia.
