Silver gilt, enamels; 33.5 mm wide; the flagpole is 23.4 mm tall. Reverse shows stamped early mint mark "MD". Judging by the shape of the letters in the mint mark the badge could be issued only to a member of the 4th Convocation of the Karakaplak Supreme Soviet. This convocation had only 148 members.
The badge is in outstanding, excellent condition. The enamel is perfect, without any detectable wear and retains beautiful luster. The gilt is well preserved and clearly visible despite the attractive, untouched silver patina. The screw post is full length, over 10
