Ukrainian Dancer, Korosten Porcelain Factory, 1955-1962, porcelain figurine of a Slavic Ginger Rogers! 5 ½" x 3 ½" x 3" (13 x 9 x 7.
5 ½" x 3 ½" x 3" (13 x 9 x 7.5cm).
Very Good to excellent condition; her left hand and sleeve show a few tiny identations in the glaze from when she was fired in the kiln. They do not detract at all but, if wished, could probably be disguised by the careful application of a water-based white paint using a 000 brush. There is a tiny chip on the base near the manufacturer's stamps, but it cannot be seen when the figure is standing upright.
