Extremely well made. Shows Lenin's portrait and red carnation, a symbol of Bolshevik revolution. Excellent condition.

Unlike the myriad of znachki pins made for the occasion, this badge was awarded to Communist Party VIPs and could not be purchased in a store or Soyuzpechat' kiosk.
