Brass, enamels; 27.1 mm wide. Shows the ubiquitous "dove of peace" and the name of the committee in Ukrainian language. Very nice quality.

In very fine to excellent condition. There is a tiny nick to the edge and tiny amount of enamel flaking at approximately 4 o'clock; the enamel is very well preserved otherwise and shows only minimal surface wear. Few spots of verdigris to the reverse, not detracting.
