Brass, enamels, 27.5 x 39.6 mm. In very fine to excellent condition. The white enamel on the banner shows minor surface scratches. The screw plate has been replaced but functions well.

Awarded to graduates and possibly faculty and staff on the occasion of the anniversary. Interestingly, the academy was disbanded at roughly the same time when the badge was issued (the functions of this school were given to other political academies).
