Administrative Lieutenant General sew-on Dress shoulder boards, 1960s.
6 ¾". Four-sided, silver with red piping, gold bullion stars.
Excellent condition. Few green threads on edges indicate that this pair of boards was once sewn to a uniform.
Silver brocade indicated an administrative officer, perhaps medical, veterinary, or legal. In most of those branches, lieutenant general was the probably highest rank attainable. Administrative boards are uncommon, particularly those worn by generals.
