Badge of a Veteran of the Order of the Red Banner Danube Flotilla, 1970s-80s.

In aluminum and paint. 41.4 mm tall medallion showing a gunboat with Soviet Naval Ensign. Suspension shows Guards ribbon and ribbon bars for Order of the Red Banner, Order of Nakhimov, 1st cl. and Order of Kutuzov 2nd cl - decorations bestowed on the Flotilla. Writing on the reverse identifies places where the Flotilla was in action during WW2: Kerch', Izmail, Belgrade, Budapest, Bratislava and Vienna.

Excellent condition, the finish and paint are perfect with the exception of a tiny chip to the suspension - not detracting.
