Badge in Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Information Analytical Directorate of the SVR (PGU) Foreign Intelligence Service, 1993 issue.

Aluminum, paint and lacquer; measures 33.2 mm in height, 35.0 mm in width. The badge is the emblem of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (formerly PGU First Main Directorate of the Soviet KGB) with the word ИНФО ("INFO", an abbreviated name of the department) in the center and dates 1943-1993. In excellent condition.

The badge is an official award issued to VIP veterans and active employees of the department. It is quite scarce even in comparison with other SVR / PGU badges.
