In excellent condition. There is one tiny, nearly unnoticeable moth bite under the lower right tip of the start, shown in our photo next to a quarter coin for size reference. Otherwise, the flag is completely clean and wear-free.

This flag is of a naval vessel or unit awarded with the Order of the Red Banner. Relatively few ships in the Soviet Navy were given such honor, so the flag is quite scarce - especially in such a nice condition.
