Badge, 1986.
Brass gilt, enamels. 26.2 mm wide measured from the edge of
the wreath to the upper right corner of the flag, approx. 23.5
mm tall at the flagpole. Riveted 3-piece construction,
beautiful quality. Leningrad Mint mark "LMD" to the reverse.
In excellent, near mint condition. The enamel is perfect,
completely free of even microscopic contact marks and shows
magnificent luster. The gilt finish is likewise pristine and
exceptionally bright.
Unlike various souvenir pins, this badge was issued
exclusively to the delegates of the Congress.
