24th Congress of the Communist Party of Ukraine, Delegate's Badge, 1971.

Brass, enamels. The pendant is 28.7 mm wide, riveted two-piece construction. The reverse of the suspension device shows raised maker mark "KYuF" (Kiev Jewelry Workshop). In excellent condition.

Unlike the numerous pins, postcards, stamps etc. commemorating this event, this badge was issued exclusively to the delegates of the Congress and could not be purchased. Its medal like appearance is unique to this particular congress; the later were flag-shaped designs similar to the delegate's badges of the all-Union communist party congresses.
