Large format measuring 10 ¾" x 13 ¾", rather heavy at 4 ½ lbs. Luxurious burgundy cloth-wrapped hard cover with the title in Georgian, embossed in gold, comes with the original dust jacket. The text is in three languages: Georgian, Russian and English. The pages are not numbered, but the illustrations are. There are well over 250 illustrations, most of which are full-page blow-ups of b/w photos of Tbilisi of the second half of the XIX century.
