Award Document for a Medal for Irreproachable Service in the Armed Forces, 1st class, issued on 22 February 1960 to Major Fyodor Sinitsyn.

Тhis unit originated in 1940 as a long-range bomber regiment; it greatly distinguished itself during the Patriotic War, getting a Guards status and earning honorific titles of "Stalingrad" and "Katowice" added to its name. From 1955 through the late 60s, it flew nuclear-carrying Tupolev Tu-16A bombers (Badger by the NATO classification). At the time, the unit was based out of Poltava, Ukraine.
