The fabric inside is pristinely clean whereas the outside has acquired barely noticeable storage wear and 2 very faint water stains. If desired, a quick wash should take care of the soiling.

A summer camp pilotka like that was most likely meant for the few summer camps on the Black Sea shore which were officially equally accessible for all children of the Young Pioneers age, but in reality serviced children of the Soviet political and administrative elite, sometimes with a few "ordinary kids" thrown in for appearances' sake.
